work order hard commitemnt is not realsed from f41021 after work order completion p31123

I had a case iam using super backflush all parts list is to be u when I make completion on hand is released but commitment still , I don't want to use repost R31as I am on going production factory when commitment is not release arability is became negative  so I couldn't  committee another work order
