What iSeries resources are being used when a file and a field is being audited for changes with Data

I created a Database Audit Manager for the F4211 file for the Scheduled Pick Date field (SDPDDJ) to log changes to this field.

Is there any impact on the iSeries resources (CPU's) to monitor this activity? Or is it only activated when in Sales Order maintenance and when the Pick Date field is changed?
