P09210A performance issues in JDE XE

Hi,

When we are trying to find the specific account in Trail Balance Ledger comparison application (P09210A), we be couldn't able to see any records and system is getting hang up. We have verified the account ledger transactions (F0911) and account balance (F0902) everything is OK, but still we are facing this issue. Is anyone of you has experienced the same issue, can you please suggest us anything related to this.
