How to enable Condition set in E-Business Tax R12.

Hi All,

In E-Business Tax R12 we are unable to enable Condition Set. I can create Tax Condition Set after creating Condition Set rules, it is showing grade out update button. We need to update Condition Set. Please find attached.

Please advise me.
