After upgrade my DEV database from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.0 i'm unable to see DBA_TYPE_XMLSCHEMA_DEP

Hi,

After upgrade my DEV database from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.0 i'm unable to see DBA_TYPE_XMLSCHEMA_DEP view in DEV database. but i can view this in QA env. Could you please help me to create this object in Dev(11.2.0.4) DB.
