How can I add revenue distributions to a completed, GL posted debit memo

Is there any concurrent or API can add revenue distributions to a completed GL posted debit memo?

In fact, customer send me the transaction diagnostic report shows that revenue distributions has been added even the debit memo has been completed and posted to GL.

They are asking how did they added them. (they did it by them-self but they don't know how did they did it)

Report shows that request_id=25081490 did the update and added the revenue lines, but request information has been purged.

I have uploaded the report, any help will be greatly appreciated.
