Toggle Applet

Dear All,

I am facing an issue with toggle applet, In my detail view I have three applets , I would like to show the user blank applets(i.e 2nd and 3rd applets) if user selects value from picklist. So I created two toggle applets for both 2nd and 3rd. But only my second applet toggles correctly , but not the third one.

May I know if any one has any idea how can I achive this functionality with applet toggling or any other way.
