Draft invoice generated does not include an expenditure item

Hi,

We have generated a draft invoice on a project with Work/Work distribution rule, but there is one expenditure item which is not processed or included in the draft invoice.

Upon inspection of the expenditure item in issue, we found that it was partially revenue distributed and the associated draft revenue is not released.

Please let me know how can I fix this issue.
