How to receive Unprocessed OSP material to be scrapped?

I have already gone through one of the discussion regarding similar problem on Communities, however couldn’t find any answer for our specific case.

Scenario:- We have a case in which material (casting) is sent to  Outside processing facility using blanket PO. Out of the total lot, some of the castings have defects in it or some otherproblem because of which it is decided to receive it back without any processing and to be scrapped thereafter. As per our setup the OSP requisition is generated when job moves to OSP operation.  We are using PO move charge type and there is shop floor status defined for the same.  Weuse India Localization.   The problem is if we receive through the PO then the job qty
