Droping / Deleting demand lines when processing Shipping schedule

Hi RLM experts,

We are facing issue of Dropping / Deleting demand lines for shipping schedules after changing the processing rule ATS pre horizon Disposition to 'Remain of File with Reconcilation'.

When we process the shipping schedule some of the demand lines are getting droppped / Deleted from sales order with the following error message

Warning :: The schedule line qty 48 for ship from-ship to-customer item GA9-001-ALU883672 on request date 16-JUL-15 (Original Customer Request Date 16-JUL-15) will be updated to zero after reconciliation (Schedule Line 26). The corresponding order  line 435.1 will be dropped. Additional Matching Attribute(s)

Warning :: The schedule line qty 48 for ship from-ship to-customer item GA9-001-ALU883672 on request date 21-JUL-15 (Original Customer Request Date 21-JUL-15) will be updated to zero after reconciliation (Schedule Line 27). The corresponding order  line 451.1 will be dropped. Additional Matching Attribute(s)
