QP: Bulk Import of Price List -- Error importing price list lines

Hi,

I am trying to import price list records using the concurrent program 'QP: Bulk Import of Price List'. The header uploads sucessfully, but I am encountering the following error with the lines & attributes:

22682747/PRL/QP_INTERFACE_LIST_LINES//TDM_LINE1 A price break child line must have at least one pricing attribute.

One odd thing about the error is that I’m not trying to do price breaks, so I’m not sure what’s triggeing that. I see that someone else posted a similar question back in 2012, but my situation is different in one respect. They were able to load lines under certain conditions, but I am not. Also, I’ve tried the Oracle sample scripts QPBLKEX1.sql and QPBLKEX2.sql and I get the same error with those.
