Difference in Primary and Secondary Ledgers seen. Reversal happened in Promary and not seen in Secon

We have a difference in the Primary and Secondary Ledgers due to a Reversal that has taken place as per the month end requirements, and the same is not seen in the secondary ledger.

Due to this we have a huge difference in values of both these ledgers.

Can anyone help us in finding out the cause as to why this had happened and the resolution to overcome the same and make this difference as zero.
