Can Golden Gate work acrosswith different editions?

Can Golden Gate work acrosswith different editions?

I have read that Oracle Golden Gate can work across different versions.

But can it work across same version, different editions?  For example : production db is Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition and the reporting db is Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition?

I have read that similar product like Dell Software Shareplex can work across versions and across editions.  I was wondering if Golden Gate has the same capability.
