I want to create a screen set and agents to make it so someone could search for a sales order number

I would like to be able to have a user log into OTM. Have the user click on a menu item from the left labeled "Find Contacts." Then they would be able to search by the Sales Order number from Oracle/EBS. Then, based off of the sales order number, the search would look for an Order Release that references the Sales Order number in one of the refnum fields. Then have the results show all of the contacts associated with that Order Release. Anyone have any good ideas? Thanks!
