ASM failed to start automatically

I am having an issue with starting up ASM, I will be very grateful for any suggestion/thoughts about it.

We bounced one of the node, but ASM cannot automatically startup on this node. So I tried to start it manually, it give this error:

SQL> conn / as sysasm

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup nomount

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Found this in CRS error log:

2015-07-16 10:47:56.883+ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Process ID: 0

Session ID: 0 Serial number: 0
