Would it be feasible to redirect a file URL (Added under attachments) from siebel

Hi,

I would like to know if it's feasible in siebel to redirect a file URL.

For Eg: I have an URL (http:\\ xyz.com) as an attachment record and on click of this URL, it should redirect to a different URL say, http:\\xyz\user1.com.

This requirement to redirect the URL is to allow a set of users to access the redirected URL and a different set of users to access the actual URL.

Any pointers, ideas are highly appreicated!
