Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ERROR while invoking VBC webservice in siebel local Env

Hi ,

We are facing an issue while testing a vanilla(OOTB) Outbound webservices using SOAP UI mock response (siebel Version 8.1.1.14.0)

1.ESB_AccountBalanceSiebelCommsReqABCS_Service

2.ESB_InvoiceSiebelCommsReqABCS_Service

The steps are as follows

Export the corresponding OOTB WSDLs from Siebel
Import WSDL in to SOAP UI
Right click on the wsdl> select Generate SOAP Mock response
Provide some dummy data in Response xml > Right click on the wsdl select "start Minimised"
Update the OOTB web service definitions in Siebel (by setting the End Point URL to the one provided by SOAP UI)
