Siebel Email response not getting embedded in the wrapper HTML template

Hi,

I have created an HTML wrapper template as per the steps mentioned in bookshelf. However, when I send response to any inbound email by clicking on 'Reply' or 'Reply to All' on Inbound Item List applet, the email text is not getting embedded in the wrapper template.

Can somebody advise if I am missing some step.
