Hi,

We have a HTML template which has to be selected on on f9. Now, when the f9 is clicked and we select the  HTML template we are not able to see the logo or other css changes, it just displays the data.

We tried setting the HTML Display Mode as "DontEncodeData" and set the run time to TRUE. But still we are not able to see it.

NOTE : we are using a html file which is added under template items tab under All Communications ---> All Template. And we are using siebel call center application with 8.1.1.14 + latest patch version.
