setting SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = NONE but still able to login using sqlplus / as sysdba

Hi All,

I am using  11.2.0.3 on RAC on Linux

I tried SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES =(NONE) in sqlnrt.ora

but still able to login using sqlplus / as sysdba

Kindly let me know is this bug ?

For Some oracle on Linux its working.
