Trouble Connecting to Database using sql developer

This is really wierd since i was able to connect before then suddenly i receive error when sql developer starts then all my saved connection is now gone.

oracle.jdeveloper.db.DatabaseConnections SEVERE 97 0 oracle.jdeveloper.db.DatabaseConnections DatabaseConnections has no JNDI context so cannot list connections.
oracle.jdevimpl.db.adapter.DefaultContextWrapper SEVERE 96 0 oracle.jdevimpl.db.adapter.DefaultContextWrapper Failed to create naming Context for db connections at url: file://<location>/Application Data/SQL Developer/system3.0.04.34/o.jdeveloper.db.connection/connections.xml
