Oracle VM Server x86 Setup

At the moment we have some spare Sunfire X4150 and X4450 servers as well as StorageTek ST2540 (full populated) external arrays. I was wondering if these would be suitable to run Oracle VM Server x86 on? The reason I'm asking this is that we had a standalone (ESXi) server crash and I now can't get it back online. Obviously this means the VM's that were running on this server are non accessible.

So before I spend anymore time trying to get the ESXi server back online, I thought I would check to see if our spare hardware would be suitable for Oracle VM Server x86. If it is I'd just start from scratch and setup the Oracle hardware. Also as a side issue how would I migrate from ESXi to Oracle VM Server x86 (particularly MS WIndows)?
