Can an Oracle on Demand Release change our workflows without our knowledge?
After the most recent Oracle on Demand release, we received feedback from our users that they were receiving email notifications when they did not receive them in the past. They came to the conclusion that it was due to the release. We have created many email notifications linked to the service request functionality in Oracle on Demand. It is a challenge to do root cause analysis of our workflows. Does anyone have any similar experiences with email notification workflows? Does anyone have any best practices as to how to verify and audit pre and post Oracle on Demand Release?
