Updating rate grade, the entry salary is not changed

Hi

I've created many grades and their corresponding rates, however, when I update the rate for a grade, only a new row appears for the employee, but the salary entry is not updated.

How can I fix this? I need this: if I update the rate grade, a new row should be added in the salary administration webpage and the salary entry must be changed.

I hope this can be fixed.
