BIP 11g & Siebel 2015 Integration

Hi

I am trying to setup siebel IP 2015 authentication from OBIEE 11g.

Now as siebel stopped supporting non secure integration calls. I want to know what setup needs to be done on BI Publisher side as far as i know there is only option to provide siebel integration url,username and password when setting up siebel authentication on BIP. When i provide all these information and try to login into BIP using siebel username and password i got below error.

SBL-EAI-05162- Security header usernametoken is required.

So please let me know how to make secure calls from BIP to siebel.
