ERROR single index created

Hi all, ..

develper create 1 index from TOAD (non from omw/TDA)

but I have several doubt related to..

1.I create index with SQLdeveloper tool,  do i need to commit command??

2.as posttask, after create index how can to verify it's create in table? from omw/design ...? this is right?

2.2.after create index do I need to build/deploy package update to update spec object table?

3.do you know query to see all index table?
