8.1.1.10 Chrome Content Projects arrow button is not working in Site map

Steps to recreate:
 
1) Login to Siebel Open UI in Chrome.
2) Navigate to Site Map.
3) Scroll down in the page.
4) Click on the "Content Projects" upward arrow icon beside any of the hyperlinke name as shown in the attachment.
 
AR: User is not navigated to top of the site map page.
 
ER: User should be able to navigate to Top of the Site map page.

Please note this behavior is not replicable in IE Browser
We want to know if this is behavior won't support by chrome or any fix is available for this .
