8.1.1.10 Chrome - Url's entered in "Body" field is not showing as Hyperlink while creating a new HTM

Steps to reproduce:

1) Login to Siebel.

2) Go to Site map.

3) Go to "Administration - Communication".

4) Click on All Templates.

5) Click on the New button in the Compose Template form view.

6) Enter the values in the mandatory fields and check "HTML" and "Public" checkbox.

8) Select Template Type as "Body" and select Status as "Active" in list applet for the created template.

7) Select "Service Request" as Object for the above template to appear in SR screen after pressing F9.

8) Enter Subject of the template.

9) Enter Body of the email in five different lines with different formats and Hypelinks/URl's.eg:www.gmail.com
