E910_TR9.1.4.3 PO print using submit to Report definition option

Hi, one of reports are set to use submit to Report definition option in the form\advanced of that Rx43500 ..after stepping through the data selection and hit the submit button, it end up with this error :

no active template found for the report definition

invalid xmlp language

see attached for the details
