Enter Adjustments form in R12

Hi All,

Upgrading to 12.1.3, we were looking for a way to enter adjustments directly, without accessing the transactions in AR. In 11i, there was a window (Enter Adjustments in Control) to do it but if we add the function to the responsibility in R12, we get the following error and no form if opened:

FRM-40010: Cannot read form /opt/GSTEST/apps/apps_st/appl/ax/12.0.0/forms/US/AXXFUEMT.fmx.

Maybe it's related to SLA but I'm not sure if any additional functions are required.
