Oracle Retail Promotion Management - Location Data Permission in CREATE PROMOTION screen

Hello All,

We are using RPM for our Pricing/Promotion management.

When configuring the new users we have done the following -

1) Defining new Roles.

2) Assigning Workflow and Data Permission for the Roles.

3) Creating new users and assigning the Roles to them

4) Log-in to RPM with the new user.

5) Verifying the Workflow and Data permission, all looks fine, except the Location Data in Create Promotion screen.

The required Zone Group, Zone and Location data are not displayed in the Location LOV in Create Promotion screen.

But the Zone Group, Zone and Location details are available in other screens like, Price Change and Maintain Promotion.
