US Payroll ESS - State tax form links

We cannot disable the state urls in the PAY_US_OTF_PDF_LINK_W4 lookup as they are flagged as system.


Is it possible to remove links to states other than the states the employer has work locations?

Client resides in Virginia, DC, W Virginia, and Pennsylvania.  If an employee is newly hired in Virginia and their home address is NY, the NY tax form will appear as well as Virginia.  Can we stop the NY form from showing?
