Project information not showing up in OTL super timekeeper

Hi,

We have implemented OTL and employee enter time through Oracle self service timecard and OTL super timekeeper. Its working fine for all Operating Units (OU). We recently rolled out for one OU and employees are able to enter time through self service timecard but when one goes to OTL super timekeeper, the project, task and type information is missing for this OU. I checked the profile option with other OU;s and all seem fine.

Can you please let us know why the projects details are not showing up and is there some set up that we missed.
