DW PDQ settings

I am trying to setup a Parallel Data Query settings for our DW. The current data warehouse is hosted on Wind 2008/R2 Enterprise Server with 32CPU. Any inside will be much appericated, this is the typecial DW with nightly ETL--Batch and daily BI reporting
