Acme Packet 3820 rtcp configuration options

We are using the above mentioned SBC in combination with Lync 2013.  We have an issue with dropped calls where our Lync mediation servers are cancelling the calls after 30 seconds because they are not receiving RTCP packets from our SBC.  My question is there a way to configure the SBC to send these packets back to our Lync infrastructure or is it best to configure a fix on the Lync?  Thanks, Terry
