RX-only: and RXi Additions by Period Report has $0.00 cost

We have run the Rx-Only: Additions by Period report for the JUN-15 period.  We have published it using seeded templates and custom templates.  In both cases the assets are listed properly, but the cost field is $0.00 for each asset and for the totals.  When we run the standard Asset Additions Report, the cost for each asset does appear.  We have also run the RXi version of the report and it also populates the Cost field with $0.00.

For a sample of the assets, on the reports, we have queried the FA_DEPRN_DETAIL table and the ADDITION_COST_TO_CLEAR field is populated with a positive amount and the COST field in "0" for initial row that does not include depreciaiton.  Any help is greatly appreciated...
