Labor Distribution instructions pulling the labor object account from the AAI's

Is there an update on bug 18561569 related to Labor Distribution instructions pulling the labor object account from the AAI's instead of overriding all pay types with the pay type in the P050151? 

We have various pay types that use specific objects for accounting purposes.  If a pay type is submitted in time entry that is not in Labor Distribution, the accounting object is overridden by labor distribution.
