Tran_code 72 logic

It seems like tran_code72 is posted when the transfer_cost for an allocation or transfer is at a different cost in comparison to the current av_cost for the sending location.

And the reason for the change in av_cost could be a PO receipt.

My question is which table or set of tables does RMS to know the transfer_cost?

We have an instance where multiple ship outs and a PO receipt happened for the WH for an item. SOme of the ship outs posted the 72 while others not.
