Web server configuration failed for Hyperion Foundation with no error details in the logs

Trying to upgrade from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.4. Install tool completed successfully, but the EPM configurator tool failed during Hyperion Foundation "web server configuration" only. Tried to search the logs but couldn't find anything.

Any help is appreciated.

Below is the only entry in the "Configtool_ODL_Summary.log";

[EPMCFG] [ERROR] [EPMCFG-02240] [oracle.EPMCFG.odlSummary] [tid: 19] [ecid: 0000KuhIeMR1zWy707fd6F1LfMAi000004,0] [SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.cis.config.reports.ProductConfigurationStatus] Fail [000 min 04 sec] [WEB] Hyperion Foundation - Configure Web Server

There are no additional details anywhere in any of the config logs folder.

Please advise.
