Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to download ps13 from oracle support.

Team,

1) Unable to download PS13 from e-delivery and getting following error:

Though password is correct and able to download PS16 & PS17 with same credential.

2) Incase PS-13 is not available, Is that advisable to import DB backup of Siebel 8.1.1.11(PS13) into Siebel 8.1.1.11(PS16 or PS17).
