Risk Evaluation for upgrade from 8.1.1.5 to Siebel IP 2015

We are planning to Upgrade from 8.1.1.5 to Siebel IP 2015 and we are using Service Request, Activities, Order Management(Asset Based),Product Configuration etc.

We are opting for a migration upgrade and we have the following questions.

a)Will the Product Configurator work as in 8.1.1.5 or will there be major changes in underlying framework all products would require to be built from scratch?

b)Will the custom scripts stop working upon upgrade?

c)Will the CTI(Computer Telephony) functionality work as per the existing implementation.

d)Will the existing Interface(Inbound and Outbound) work or will the IOs and ICs will change after incremental repository merge.
