Must be doing something wrong. Trying to raise a SR for a T5240 CPU fan but the product is not being populated by the serial number validation (server is covered by support) and I can't then select the correct problem type that gives me the "Z - restricted (authorised only)". Is it the fact that the serial number has not picked up the correct Product?
