How do we know that RDF has used dynamic profile for forecast generation?

I have set up a profile as 13 Class-> Item and generating and approving this profile before forecast runs. Once I run the forecast batch, I don't see forecast at class level spread to item as per the profile generated. However I notice that the forecast is somewhat similar to Interim forecast. I have also noticed that once my forecast generation batch completes, the profile that I generated has been erased. the spreading profile for the source level is set as 13  (Class->Item). I have few questions to understand this process:

1. How do we know that RDF has used dynamic profile for forecast generation?
