Database username/password was rejected in UPGPHYS after running UPGREP

Hi all,

I am upgrading my Siebel CRM from Siebel 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.14 (IP2014), on Windows server 2012 R2 (64bit) and SQL2012 database. The UPGREP ran through okay. I'd resolved the conflicts and run the Post Merge activities. But when I ran the UPGPHYS, I got the following error.

"invalid username/password; logon denied, cannot be validate at this time"

The database user name & password I used here are identical to those I used when running the UPGREP. And if I use them in the ODBC (32bit) resource name for the Siebel instance, I have not problem to connect to the Siebel database.
