How to disable APCCARD wf notifications with subject "Expense XXXXXX (10.80 USD) has been paid by di

Hi All,

I need help on to disabling notification "Expense XXXXXX (10.80 USD) has been paid by direct deposit", we are moving onto applying RPC2 patches in our system, right now the system is triggering this workflow notifications in all of the patched instance, however we have never seen the same in production environment, the notification is being sent even for old expenses which has already paid couple of years back.

Pls help.
