Which Oracle product can help me to avoid build huge HMRs

Talking about SIP Manipulation, I was asking myself if anyone can orient me about an Oracle product that, in paralell with an Oracle SBC, can help me to clasify Destination URI-Users and based on that, change the Source URI-User fields in a SIP packet, without the necessity to build huge HMR´s and that can be scalable. Off-course, this product will be useful for more and complex complicated transformations and HMR´s that we can have in the future, reducing CPU and memory of my SBC´s.

Oracle Enginner told me the name of this possible product, but i can´t recall.
