Why can't i view my request output. I know data is there and i'm logged in as sysadmin

I'm logged in as SYSADMIN and am running a concurrent request through a custom responsibility, i wasn't able to view the output. WHen other user ran the same report she was able to view the output. Please suggest. This is a urgent requirement.
