Unable to have R42950 launched

Hello,

P4205 processiong option has been modified to launch R42950 sub system process.

R42950 get launched but it is not executed. It stays under waiting status.

JDE 9.0 tools release 9.98.4.7

Is it necessary to have queue setup for sub process ?
