Any automated way to update locations on open orders when the primary location changes?

Currently when users change the primary location for an item in JDE it is  manual process to update open purchase orders, work orders, sales orders etc. to use the new location. Is there an automated way to do this?

Also does anyone know if this functionality exits in Oracle EBS? I have users who keep claiming that this functionality is available out of the box in Oracle EBS and SAP.
