Multi-Branch MRP Messages Not Working Consistently

We have created virtual branches to facilitate shipping from one company to another. Our branch/plant relationships are set up by branch, not by category or item number.

In reviewing our MRP messages, there are items that are working correctly and other items that are not. Two examples:

· Branch A purchases from Branch B. 2 items work correctly; 8 items do not.

· Item 123 is purchased from Branch Z by Branch Y and Branch X. Branch Y works correctly; Branch X does not.

It's difficult to find the connecting link because some work and some do not - Branch/Plant Relationships; Item Branch Setup; etc. Any ideas on what to review that I have missed?
